you Receive "the text you typed is too long" when editing signature in OWA in Exchange 2010

it is so clear, this is because OWA in Exchnage 2010 allows only 8 KB for signature including HTML and text.

This is by design and cannot be changed.

    Why, Microsoft, why?
    Why was it possible to adjust the signature size to 16 Kb. in OWA 2003 and now only leave 8 Kb.?
    Try to explain that to an Management team: your signatures have to be smaller...

    Well sometimes you don't have to just tell your managers about a missing point, just explain how many additional features Exchange 2010 has
