Cannot delete or edit Event/rule/monitor/view in SCOM 2007

Today, I was implementing SCOM 2007 to manage a nice environment (About 80 servers, some unix/oracle and cisco devices) and i got the below error when I tried to delete a view in the SCOM: following error: Note: The following information was gathered when the operation was attempted.
